GTStudios LLC (“GTStudios,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our websites, digital products, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information when you interact with GTStudios:

  • Business Information: Company name, project requirements, and related files or materials you choose to share.

10. GTSocial and Connected Social Media Platforms

GTStudios operates GTSocial (social.gtstu.com), a social media scheduling and publishing tool used by GTStudios and by businesses we work with to publish content to the social media accounts they own. When you connect a social media account to GTSocial, you authorize GTSocial to act on that account through the platform’s official API. This section explains what GTSocial accesses, how it is used, and how to revoke access.

What GTSocial accesses

  • Account identity: the connected account’s ID, display name, username, and profile picture, used only to label the channel inside GTSocial.
  • Publishing: the ability to create posts, upload videos or images, and read back the URL and status of content GTSocial published on your behalf.
  • Insights: where a platform offers it, view counts and engagement metrics for content published through GTSocial, shown to you in GTSocial’s analytics screens.
  • Access tokens: the credential each platform issues when you connect. Tokens are stored encrypted at rest on GTStudios-controlled servers and are used solely to perform the actions you schedule. GTSocial never sees or stores your platform password.

GTSocial does not read your private messages, contacts, followers, or any content you did not publish through GTSocial. We do not sell, rent, or share platform data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or to train AI models.

YouTube

GTSocial uses YouTube API Services to upload videos and read their processing status and public URL. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. GTSocial stores the Google OAuth token for the channel and the IDs of videos it uploaded. It stores no other YouTube data. You can revoke GTSocial’s access at any time from your Google security settings; revoking access immediately stops GTSocial from publishing to that channel, and the stored token is deleted within 7 days.

Threads, Facebook, and Instagram (Meta)

GTSocial uses the Threads API, the Facebook Graph API, and the Instagram Graph API to publish posts, replies, and media to accounts and Pages you administer, and to read public engagement metrics for those posts. You can remove GTSocial from a Threads account under Settings → Account → Website permissions, and from Facebook or Instagram under Settings → Apps and websites. Removal revokes the token immediately.

TikTok

GTSocial uses TikTok’s Login Kit and Content Posting API to identify the connected account and to upload videos you schedule. Uploaded videos are delivered to your TikTok account as drafts or posts according to the privacy setting you choose. You can revoke access under TikTok → Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions.

Pinterest, LinkedIn, and X

GTSocial uses each platform’s official API to publish pins or posts to boards, Pages, and accounts you administer. Access can be revoked from each platform’s connected-apps settings.

11. Data Retention and Deletion

  • Platform access tokens are kept only while the channel is connected. Disconnecting a channel in GTSocial, or revoking access on the platform, deletes the token within 7 days.
  • Copies of media you upload for scheduling are retained for 90 days after publication so you can re-use them, then deleted.
  • Post text, publication URLs, and engagement metrics are retained while your GTSocial account exists.
  • Delete everything: email info@gtstudios.com with the subject “GTSocial data deletion” from the address on your GTSocial account. We disconnect all channels, revoke tokens, and delete your account data within 30 days, and confirm by email. This also serves as the data-deletion instruction required by Meta and TikTok.

12. Limited Use

GTSocial’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data obtained from any connected platform is used only to provide the publishing and analytics features you asked for, is never transferred to others except as needed to provide those features or as required by law, and is never used for advertising.
